Non-Fried Paneer Kofta Curry

INGREDIENTS
250 gm of paneer
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon garam masala
1 teaspoon red chilli powder
1 teaspoon chopped green chillies
1 tablespoon dried fenugreek leaves (sukhi methi)
1 tablespoon gram flour (besan)
1 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi powder)
For the Curry:
1 teaspoon cumin seeds (jeera)
1 teaspoon chopped ginger
2 tablespoon honey
1/2 teaspoon chopped garlic
1 cup tomato puree
1 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi)
1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder (elaichi powder)
1 teaspoon garam masala
3 tablespoon whipped curd
Whipped curd for garnishing
Coriander leaves for garnishing
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a mixing bowl add paneer, salt, garam masala, red chilli powder, green chillies, dried fenugreek leaves (Sukhi methi), gram flour (besan), turmeric powder (haldi) and mix well.
- Make small koftas of the mixture.
- Place the koftas over a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes at 180 degree Celsius in Sunflame OTG.
- Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds (jeera), ginger, honey, garlic, tomato puree, turmeric powder (haldi), cardamom powder (elaichi powder), garam masala and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Add whipped curd to the curry and mix well. Pour the sauce into a serving plate and place the koftas over it. Garnish with curd and coriander leaves.
